Q: How can you afford to give out expensive prizes?
A: It's very simple. Our advertisers pay us for every offer that you and your referrals complete. FreePrizeZone & FreePrizeGalaxy uses the money to give you your free gift; FPZ pays out up to 80%! We lead the way in high pay outs!

Q: Can you sign-up if you live outside the <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 /><?xml:namespace prefix = st1 /><?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />United States?
A: Yes you can! We ship prizes to USA & Canada . We send Pay Pal to other countries. 

Q: Are you going to sell my information to third parties and other companies?
A: Absolutely not! FreePrizeZone adheres to a strict  privacy policy. We collect your name and address information for shipping purposes and to recognize and prevent fraud. We do not record any bank account or credit card information. Advertisers do not share ANY of your financial information with us.

How FreePrizeZone & FreePrizeGalaxy Works:

1. Sign-up using your name and address information. Please do not use false information. FreePrizeZone & FreePrizeGalaxy loves to give you cash & prizes but we will revoke your prizes if you are using fake information.

2. Choose the gift(s) that you would like to receive.

3. Complete your offer requirements by completing offers through advertisers listed in the view offers tab.

4. Once you've fulfilled your requirements, refer your friends to follow the same steps you just did. How many do you refer? However many that are indicated under the prize you chose to receive.

5. When you get all your friends signed up under you and have enough referrals that your gift indicates, order your gift, and it will be ON ITS WAY! ...AND THAT'S ALL YOU HAVE TO DO!

Q: Some offers require credit cards. Is my information safe? Do you get that information from advertisers?
A: Yes, it is safe. No, we do not collect information from our advertisers.

Q: How do I ensure I receive credit for offers?
A: In order to make sure you receive proper credit for completing an offer, make sure your browser has cookies enabled and then clear your cookies before clicking on an offer link. Offers are tracked through the use of cookies. We recommend using Internet Explorer when completing offers.

Q: What if I complete an offer and I do not receive credit?
A: If you have completed an offer and have not received credit, you first must wait 7 days, then login to your account and submit a credit request to us. Credit requests require full e-mail headers as well. You can search Google on how to do this. We then submit request to the affiliate, and they will manually credit accordingly.

When will I get my prize? FREE SHIPPING!

Q: What are your payout dates?
A: We currently pay out twice a month.  We are going to be weekly and possible twice weekly in the near future!

Q: Can I sign up for the same site twice?
A: No. You can however sign for  every other prize on our site!

Q: Is there a limit to how many prizes I can receive?
A: You can keep winning prizes!

Q: How I get referrals?
A: You are given a unique referral link when you sign-up. Send your link out to friends, family, and anyone you think might be interested. Be responsible when posting your link. We want you to get as many friends to join as possible. We do not tolerate spamming.
